These terms cover your use of Donald Thump and any purchase you make. The game is run by the maker of Donald Thump. Contact: hello@donaldthump.app.

It's a parody

Donald Thump is satire. It's a cartoon caricature drawn in code, with an original character voice. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or a real depiction of anyone, and nothing he says is a statement of fact. Punching is cartoon slapstick. Please don't use the game to harass or threaten anyone.

The drinking game

Only for adults of legal drinking age (18+ in the UK). Know your limits, water counts as a drink, and nobody has to drink. Never drink and drive. You're responsible for what you drink.

Buying the unlock

• The drinking game gives 3 free punishments a night. A one-off payment unlocks unlimited punishments on the device you buy on, for as long as the game is available. There's no account, so it doesn't move to other devices.
• The price is shown before you pay and includes any VAT that applies. Payment is processed by Stripe.
• The unlock is digital content supplied straight away. By paying, you ask for it to start immediately and accept that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• If the unlock doesn't work, email us with your Stripe receipt and we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Changes and availability

We may update or change the game, or stop running it. We'll keep these terms up to date here.

Liability

The game is provided for entertainment. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
